Commonly known as "银鱼" or loosely translated as "silver fish", these whitebait can be fried into crispy whitebait fritters for a delicious snack, stir-fried with egg into an omelette or added into fried rice. Each whitebait is between 8-10 cm in size and packed into a box of 1 kg.
