Frozen White Cod (Chilean Seabass)

Pack size: Each piece range from 200-400g and are sold in a pack of approx 500g. You may choose between fillet portion cut (see first picture) or steak cut (see second picture).

Cod is a good source of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids and is especially rich in lean protein and vitamin B-12.  This mildly aromatic white fish can easily be added to several different recipes, giving a delicious edge! It is best served: Steamed, Pan-fried, Grilled or Baked.
